SMS Terms and Conditions

EZShops Trading LLC, doing business as Digital Era Hub ("Digital Era Hub," "we," "us," or "our"), operates an SMS appointment reminder and notification program. By opting in, you agree to receive automated SMS text messages related to your scheduled consultations and appointments with Digital Era Hub.

1.Who May Participate

This SMS program is available to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have a valid U.S. mobile phone number
  • Have provided explicit written consent to receive SMS messages from Digital Era Hub

2. Message Types

By opting in, you may receive the following types of SMS messages:

  • Appointment confirmation messages
  • Appointment reminder messages (sent before your scheduled consultation)
  • Appointment follow-up or rescheduling notifications
  • Operational service notifications directly related to your engagement with Digital Era Hub


We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages through this program without separate consent.


3.Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments. You may receive up to 3 SMS messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, and follow-up). Message frequency may vary.


4.Costs and Fees

Digital Era Hub does not charge for SMS messages sent through this program. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging rates

5. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Digital Era Hub by:

  • Checking the SMS consent checkbox on the Digital Era Hub appointment booking form, which reads: "I agree to receive SMS appointment reminders and notifications from Digital Era Hub. Message & data rates may apply. up to 2 SMS per appointment. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."

By checking "I Agree to Receive SMS notifications", you provide your express written consent to receive SMS messages as described in these Terms.

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us
  • Contacting us directly at info@digitalerahub.com

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation SMS acknowledging your opt-out request. No further SMS messages will be sent after that confirmation, unless you re-enroll.

8.Privacy and Data Use

Your mobile phone number and consent status are collected and stored solely for the purpose of delivering SMS appointment notifications on behalf of Digital Era Hub.

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your mobile number will not be shared with any third party except as required to deliver the SMS messages (e.g., our SMS service provider, Twilio, Inc.) or as required by law.
